Service
Infrastructure you own, that wakes you only when it should
Most early products run on somebody's laptop config and a deploy nobody wants to touch. We set up the accounts, pipelines and monitoring properly once, on your infrastructure, so shipping stops being an event.

01
Set up once, in your name
Cloud accounts, environments and DNS configured under your billing, never ours. You hold the root credentials and we work inside them. If we stop working together there is nothing to migrate and no account to transfer, because the infrastructure was yours the whole time.
- Cloud accounts and environments set up in your name
- CI/CD pipeline with preview deploys
- Monitoring, logging and error alerting
- Backups, secrets handling and a written runbook

02
Deploys stop being an event
A pipeline that builds, tests and deploys on every push, with a preview environment for each change so review is visual rather than theoretical. The goal is for shipping to become boring — teams that fear deploys deploy less often, and batch up bigger, riskier changes as a result.

03
You hear about it before customers do
Uptime checks, error tracking and alerting routed into Slack, tuned so the alerts that fire are worth acting on. Alert fatigue is its own outage risk, so we would rather send you three useful pages a month than thirty that everyone learns to ignore.

04
Written down, not in someone's head
Backups that have actually been restored rather than assumed, secrets handled properly, and a runbook covering the things that break at 2am in language someone half-awake can follow. This is what makes a setup survivable when the person who built it is on a plane.
How it runs
Same four steps, every project
- 01
Scope
A call, then a one-page scope: what gets built, what it costs, what date it lands, and what is explicitly not included.
- 02
Build
The core of the thing first, on your infrastructure from day one. A working demo every Friday, whether the week went well or not.
- 03
Harden
The parts everyone skips — empty states, errors, retries, analytics, and the case where a user does something strange.
- 04
Ship
Live, with monitoring and a handover doc. Two weeks of support included, then you take it or we stay on.
Pricing
What this usually costs
The exact number comes out of the scoping call. These are the shapes it takes.
Standard
Monthly · pause or cancel anytime
$2,000per month
One active build at a time, delivered in order. The plan most founders start on — enough to get a product live and keep it moving.
Priority
Monthly · pause or cancel anytime
$3,600per month
Two builds running in parallel and a faster turnaround, for when there is a launch date someone else already committed to.
Embedded
Monthly · 1 month minimum
from $7,500per month
Dedicated capacity that behaves like a team member — in your standups, on your roadmap, accountable for a slice of the product.
